GENERAL DELIVERY POLICIES:

The scheduled delivery days for the Classic bouquet are Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Delivery is only available in the metro area (San Juan, Bayamón [downtown], Carolina [downtown], Trujillo Alto, Cataño, and Guaynabo). Delivery costs will be calculated at the end of your order.
Deliveries are organized by route, so we cannot guarantee deliveries at specific times.
If the customer wishes for delivery at a specific time, an additional fee will apply, and this must be communicated when completing the order so that we can make the necessary adjustments to deliver on time.
When placing your order, you must correctly provide the requested information: name, phone number, and delivery address or recipient’s information.
AO Studio is not responsible if the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery. A 15-minute wait will be allowed at the delivery location. If you wish for the delivery to be attempted again, an additional charge of $10.00 will apply.

COSTS, FEE AND PAYMENTS

To confirm our services and secure your date on the AO STUDIO calendar, a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount are required. Estimates provided close to the event date must be paid in full upon approval.

The first payment serves as a non-refundable retainer fee. The Client agrees that this retainer fairly compensates AO STUDIO for reserving the date, committing resources, and turning down other potential projects.

Flower prices, delivery, setup, and breakdown fees are subject to change due to fluctuations in material and service costs. If any adjustments are required, you will be notified promptly, and any changes will be reflected in the final balance due.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At AO STUDIO, all orders are final. Once your purchase is completed, we immediately begin the process of design, reserving materials, and scheduling services. For this reason, we do not offer refunds except under the limited conditions described below.

Exceptional Refunds may only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The order is not for same-day delivery or pickup.

  2. The request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  3. The order has not yet been created nor required the purchase of custom materials.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Please note that arrangements may vary depending on the season and flower availability. All arrangements are chosen and created by the designer. We cannot guarantee or replicate any bouquet, specific shades, sizes, or flowers. Images shown are previous works and used as references.
If you have a specific request for your arrangement, leave a note during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.

DAMAGES AND/OR ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect, so we can assess and correct the issue. A replacement bouquet may only be issued if:

  1. The wrong item was delivered, and/or

  2. The bouquet was never delivered.

We are not responsible for mishandling of flowers after delivery. We cannot guarantee, nor are we responsible for, the longevity of our product once it leaves our establishment. Our products are natural and delicate, and they may deteriorate more quickly due to factors beyond our control, such as ambient temperature, lack of hydration, or humidity control in the location where they are kept.

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

All memberships start on the first Friday of each month.

By purchasing a flower subscription, you authorize AO Studio PR and its service providers to charge your credit card or other payment methods for the amounts and intervals described in our service. Subscriptions are not automatically billed; you will receive an invoice to complete payment. If your card expires, is canceled, exceeds its limit, or is declined for any reason, we will not continue delivering flower bouquets.

Please note: arrangements may vary depending on the season and flower availability. All arrangements are chosen and created by the designer. We cannot guarantee or replicate any bouquet, shades, sizes, or specific flowers. Images are references from previous works.

In the event AO Studio faces health issues, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable situations preventing delivery on certain dates, your subscription will be extended for the missed period.

Subscription Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription 48 hours before the first delivery, you will receive an AO Studio PR credit equal to the canceled order amount. Cancellation credits will be issued as a gift card sent to the associated email and can be used for future orders within six months.

Cancellation after the first delivery incurs a fee equal to 50% of the subscription total.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing at any time at our discretion.

  • Monthly subscription: $90 + taxes (taxes calculated at checkout)

  • Bi-weekly subscription: $50 + taxes (taxes calculated at checkout)

Currently, metro area delivery is free.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase on aostudiopr-shop.myshopify.com (the “Site”).
